Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with villa and hotel owners, offering our top-tier property management services and listing opportunities through our real estate agency.
Drive proactive lead generation efforts targeting property owners, buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate sales, property management, and rental management services on various online platforms.
Oversee the creation and management of property listings.
Manage our property database using Zoho CRM.
Create engaging and relevant marketing content and blog posts for our website and social media channels, aimed at boosting online visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in real estate services marketing and lead generation.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proficient in social media management and digital marketing.
Familiarity with CRM systems, with a preference for Zoho CRM.
