Description

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
* Consult with requesters and
stakeholders on complex intake requests to identify project scope and
high level requirements + Creatively translates information using
business knowledge and identify additional information needed to
support business objectives
* Partner with project stakeholders to
ensure the project requirements are communicated and facilitates the
process to capture and prioritization the requirements
* Create project
documentation which may include Lean Business Cases, Cost Analysis,
Return on Investment, Impact of Investment and Executive Presentation
Materials
* Understand the cost modeling for IT investments + Conduct
meetings and presentations to communicate information effectively
and in the appropriate form to customers, business users and other IT
stakeholder * Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to other stakeholders
to support the development of other artifacts supporting the intake
process
* Participate in the presentation of information to customer and
internal business areas * Actively create a collaborative environment
and influence people to move toward a common goal * Build strong
working relationships with other team members and customers
* Able
to break down complex problems and issues, is a consensus builder,
and brings people and teams together to support a work environment in
which people are able to perform to the best of their abilities
* Build
strong working relationships with other team members and customers +
Monitor and track multiple projects and the associated tasks
simultaneously and cope with rapidly changing information and

issues

the role and department + Ability to effectively work in a matrixed
organization, aligning and developing an outstanding relationship with

Specific Job Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of
work experience in IT Business Analysis and HealthCare
