We are a start-up developing a bitcoin payment mechanism that empowers people to simplify, secure, and manage their daily payments striving to become the first web3 global payment infrastructure. We are shifting from Bitcoin payments on the Lightning Network chain in order to reach as many users as possible.

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Co-Founder

Role Overview: The CEO / Co-Founder will provide the visionary leadership necessary to ensure the protocol reaches and remains at the forefront of the rapidly evolving bitcoin payment technology industry. As the main face of the company, they will represent the brand, values, and mission to partners, developers, investors, and the broader public.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute the company’s strategic plan, keeping it adaptable and relevant to the ever-evolving web3 landscape.

▪️Operational Oversight: Oversee all operations and ensure the company is consistently moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives.

▪️Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, developers, partners, and the broader web3 community.

▪️Fundraising & Financial Management: Secure necessary funding to advance the company's vision and ensure efficient capital allocation for sustainable growth.

▪️Team Building & Leadership: Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

▪️Product Oversight: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure the protocol addresses key developer needs and remains ahead of industry trends.

▪️Marketing & Public Relations: Serve as the public face of the company, representing it at conferences, in media interviews, and other public forums.

▪️Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and establish strategies and systems to mitigate risks associated with the protocol and broader business operations.

▪️Qualifications: Proven experience in a CEO or similar executive role, preferably within the blockchain, web3, or technology sectors.

▪️Deep understanding of bitcoin and blockchain technology, web3 principles, and the challenges associated with payment industry interactions and disruptive applications.

▪️Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement strategic decisions.

▪️Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

▪️Proven ability to build and lead a successful team.

▪️A track record of successful fundraising and financial management.

▪️A visionary mindset coupled with a pragmatic approach to execution.
