Job Title: Client Relations and Billing Specialist
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relations and Billing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with 70+ clients, handling email sales, upsells, billing, and subscriptions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in tasks based work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with 70+ clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, refering to out policies and procedures
Manage client records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Sales and Upsells via Email:
Confidently engage in email sales and upselling to existing clients.
Effectively communicate the value of additional services or upgrades.
- Billing and Invoicing:
Proficiently handle billing via woo-commerce/Stripe and invoicing processes using Xero.
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain organised records.
- Subscriptions Management:
Manage client subscriptions through platforms such as Stripe and WooCommerce.
Monitor subscription renewals, cancellations, and upgrades.
- Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize Gmail and G-suite tools to communicate effectively.
- Data Management:
Maintain detailed client ordering breakdowns using Excel.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of client information.
- Relevant Skills:
Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales and Upselling: Confident in utilizing email communication for sales and upselling purposes.
Billing and Invoicing: Proficient in using Xero for accurate and timely financial transactions.
Subscriptions Management: Experience with managing subscriptions on platforms like Stripe and WooCommerce.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, addressing client inquiries with professionalism.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
G-Suite Proficiency: Familiarity with Gmail and other G-suite tools.
- Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar client relations and billing role.
Proficiency in Excel, Xero, Stripe, and WooCommerce.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
