Description

I am looking for a US based CPA who can assist in preparing the following tax returns (must have experience with clients based in Oregon):

1. Personal tax return: comprising a joint tax return (one self employed), stock trades and CGT events. This tax return will likely be filed within the next 2 months (MAX).
2. S-Corp Tax Return: this is for a simple business - self employed.

Must have:
• At least 5yrs experience as a public accountant, either self-employed or as a senior accountant
• Experience preparing returns for Scorp’s and LLC’s
• Available to consult and provide taxation advice on different investment opportunities throughout the year
• CPA license holder for at least 5yrs
• Experience preparing tax returns for clients based in Oregon
