It is very similar to "Quizmaker" feature found in the iSpringSuite, which is an eLearning authoring tool. You can get a free demo at their website.

It is very nice, but, for me, it has three big problems. (1) It doesn't work on Powerpoint for the Mac, (2) it doesn't accept imports from Google Sheets, and (3) it doesn't have the quiz types I want.

So I want to hire someone who can solve these problems for me.

It has to be PowerPoint for Mac compatible. And it has to enable me to write my questions in Google Sheets, and then upload them in bulk to the Quizmaker clone you make for me.
