Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and objectives

2. Create and present proposals and quotes to existing and potential clients

3. Communicate project/task progress to clients and internally

4. Ownership over quality assurance, ensuring the deliverable meets client expectations i.e perform quality control checks on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

5. Develop, document, and implement standards, processes, and workflow,  for long and short-term projects/campaigns

6. Support Creative Managers’ strategic planning of projects, budgets, and marketing opportunities efforts

7. Setting up and handling the project scope

8. Manage WFM and PM software

9. Conducting in-depth market research on a product or service as well as competitor analyses

10. Produce reports for management (e.g., performance metrics)

Requirements:

- Experience in project management, marketing operations, customer relationship management, creative services or comparable experience
- Proven track record of superior project management and organizational skills; cost, risk, prioritization, and time-management skills
- PMS and CRM efficiency, Trello, Zoho & Hubspot preferred
- Well-rounded in marketing design timelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
