We are a rapidly growing e-commerce beauty brand seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through email and chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring all interactions align with company standards.
Address and resolve order-related concerns, communicating effectively with customers and management to find solutions.
Track and report common customer service issues, providing insights to management for continuous improvement.
Handle lead generation emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Engage with influencers through email and chat, building and nurturing relationships to promote our products.
Coordinate with influencers to create and manage orders, following up on any outstanding communications.
Ensure all emails and chats are handled in a timely manner according to company policy.
