Description

 In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by engaging in entertaining and engaging conversations with our subscribers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage chat interactions on clients' accounts
- Create customized chat experiences tailored to each subscriber
- Proactively initiate conversations to maximize engagement

**Requirements:**

- Minimum age requirement: 18+
- Strong written English skills, including the ability to use humor when appropriate
- Stable internet connection
- Flexible 12hr shifts, 5+ days a week
- A strong desire to learn and excel in this role

**Salary:**

The starting salary is $3 per hour, with the potential for multiple promotions. Advancement opportunities include roles like Chatting Manager or Chatting Trainer, which can offer hourly rates of up to $15. Sharing screenshots of your chat interactions is a significant advantage.
