Need a full set of plans for outdoor deck builds.
I am a licensed General Contractor with a custom deck business.

Need elevation, overhead detail:
-Footer
-Framing, joists, banding and posts.
-decking
-railing
-scope of material and hardware
-stairs

I will provide pictures of the project, height and width measurements and a detailed description with any code specification unique to the location.  

These drafts will be used by sales to show consumer and for the installers to build to.
