We are an e-commerce company specializing in the sale of products on marketplaces, focusing on sports and outdoor products. Currently, our portfolio includes over 1000 brands and more than 70,000 active SKUs.
Audit goals:
* Identify untapped marketplace potential in technical aspects.
* Identify untapped marketplace potential in terms of product assortment.
We are keen to understand what we can do to increase sales for our current assortment. We are looking for specific recommendations on how to improve listings correctly, advertise specific products, improve certain metrics in a particular way, use certain options and tools, etc. We are not interested in vague formulations and general recommendations.
It is important for us to understand which product categories have the greatest potential. We want to learn how to analyze demand and supply in categories where we do not currently sell products without test purchases. We need clear guidance or ready-made recommendations on which indicators to look at and which tools to use.
The result of the work should be a report with recommendations.
