- be on call 9 hours a day GMT+2, every day

- be able to write 1,000 words per day

- meet deadlines

- be able to write correctly and without mistakes

- knowledge of tools for checking over spam, anti-plagiarism, AI

- DON’T use AI in your work

- be responsible and ready to correct the text as much as necessary
