We are a reputable company based in Liechtenstein, currently engaged in commercial activities within the USA. Our primary sales channels involve transactions through PayPal and credit card payments. However, we have encountered an issue with a subset of our customers who unjustifiably dispute their credit card or bank payments. This has led to financial discrepancies that need immediate and professional handling.

Objective:
We are in search of a skilled and experienced lawyer who specializes in financial disputes, particularly those related to credit card and bank chargebacks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling similar cases, preferably with an understanding of the legal frameworks in both Liechtenstein and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Review: Examine each disputed transaction to assess the validity of the customer's claims.
Dispute Resolution: Implement effective strategies to contest unfounded disputes and recover the owed amounts.
Legal Consultation: Provide legal advice on how to minimize such incidents in the future and ensure compliance with relevant financial laws.
Communication: Liaise with financial institutions, customers, and other relevant parties to resolve disputes efficiently.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in dealing with financial disputes, specifically related to credit card and bank chargebacks.
Strong knowledge of commercial law, with an emphasis on financial transactions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Familiarity with the legal systems in both Liechtenstein and the USA is highly advantageous.
