SEO TECHNICAL EXPERT NEEDED TO DO WORK AS NEEDED
Prefer indiependent freeancers, not AGENCIES

We have released a new website in the finance sector and require some solid SEO to gain online visibility.  We are struggling to find someone who has skills with schema markup and other technical expertise.

We don't want average SEO skills, they are everywhere, we are looking for someone with solid technical expertise who can achieve above-average results.  

You must be available during some AEST hours, if you are not able to be dependable, dont apply for this role.  

Our Process:
1. Covering letter from you, answering our questions, and letting us know why you are better than the rest
2. We will pick a small group to chat to, initially messaging
3. The final group will have Zoom audio calls to screen share and discuss further
4.  We negotiate an offer that suits us both
5.  Offer made official on Upwork
6.  NDA signed
7.  Add you to our group where you have access to our full-time developer for any queries regarding the back end of the websites
8.  Access to all platforms

If you can prove your skillset in a relatively short period with schema codes and skills with sitemaps etc.  We have one main site that has just had a full redesign and needs full on-site SEO done.  We require technical schema markup for review aggregates and more.  We have other landing pages and another 2 sites but first, our finance website is our priority.  Although a lot of pages are indexed, the new design has changed all URLs, so it needs some attention.

We need to be honest, we have been on Upwork for 11 years and SEO skills seem to be the hardest to find, this is why we state very clearly if you do not have a minimum of 8-10 years of solid high-level technical SEO, then please don't waste our time, as it results in poor reviews, we are looking for long term person that we can rely on to firstly get a few urgencies sorted and then be available on an as need basis,  but it will be long term work.

Would be great if you have Google ads experience as well but not essential, our priority is technical SEO!
