Job Description:
As a Freelance Business Development Manager, you play a pivotal role in expanding our clientele and propelling business growth. We're seeking an individual with a robust understanding and experience in the following areas:
Website Design and Development
Social Media Management and Moderation
Digital Marketing
SEO/SEM
Branding and Creative Design
Responsibilities:
Identify and research new business opportunities, including emerging markets, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
Proactively reach out to potential clients through various methods, including cold Emails /calling, to generate leads.
Conduct virtual meetings with customers/clients to build relationships and understand their unique needs.
Think and act strategically, setting goals to develop and enhance business operations.
Draft client contracts and provide in-depth knowledge of our services.
Provide training to team members and coordinate external training sessions when required.
Collaborate with the marketing department to devise effective promotional strategies.
Coordinate with the finance team on budget-related matters.
Innovate and suggest ways to improve operational efficiency.
Stay informed about trends and changes in the business landscape.
Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns, negotiating prices to drive business growth.
Commission Structure:
Earn a competitive commission of 10% for each sale closed.
Receive a commission of 7% if the agency generates the lead.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
Strong comprehension of website design and development, social media management, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
