A highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team and manage all aspects of our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting talent through Workwisse and other platforms, as well as identifying and approaching passive talent. This role requires excellent critical thinking, research abilities, and the ability to structure teams effectively.
Expectations include handling all types of recruitment, particularly temporary and fast-paced freelancing positions, with the ability to fill roles swiftly, sometimes within hours!
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the entire recruitment process on Upwork and other platforms, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
-Identify national recruitment platforms, quickly study their functionalities, and effectively use them to source candidates.
-Create detailed and accurate job posts based on minimum requirements or input from the hiring manager.
-Conduct thorough research to identify and approach passive talent, using various sourcing techniques.
-Evaluate candidates' resumes, conduct interviews, and provide detailed feedback to the hiring manager.
-Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
-Start your proposal with "KIWI" at the very top line, else your application will be ignored.
-Structure teams effectively to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
-Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
-Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Exceptional research abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to create compelling job posts with all necessary technical details.
-Experience in sourcing and approaching passive talent.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Familiarity with team structuring and organizational development is a plus.
