Description

Project: End-to-end planning and interior design for a condominium, including support on sourcing materials and furniture from suppliers in China in order to execute on the proposed design.

Scope: The designer will help create an interior design and floor plan according to the client's requests. These requests may include but are not limited to the following items:
- Master Bedroom: Zen corner creation, custom wardrobe design, bed placement consultation, alternative design with two single beds, crown molding lighting or cove lighting.
- Guest Room: Multi-functional design as an office and guest room, consideration of Murphy bed or convertible desk-bed, inclusion of a small couch.
- Living Room: Furniture placement consultation, particularly with regards to the balcony entry, crown molding lights.
- Dining Area: Dining table design to seat at least six people.
- Client expects creativity and guidance in achieving a high-class feel and functional design.
Work Deliverables:
- Deliverable 1: Preliminary basic designs, sketches, mood boards, and renders
- Deliverable 2: Amendments based on client feedback from preliminary designs and full 3D Renders and virtual staging
- Deliverable 3: Additional rounds of amendments based on client feedback until Client is satisfied and finalized 3D renders with virtual staging
- Deliverable 4: Supplier lists, contact information, and pricing for materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures required to execute on the interior design plan (3D renders, virtual staging, etc
