We introduce clients requiring funding to our resources covering, Stock Loans, Debt Loans, Bank SBLCs, Investors, Private Equity etc

What we require is a fee schedule that protects us to ensure our funds are deducted from the loans before being deposited into the client's account.  

We also need to protect ourselves from lenders going directly to our clients and bypassing us and vice versa, clients cannot approach our lenders directly once funds are issued for second rounds without liaising with us.
