Description

Design and produce full landscape architect drawings for 2 residential (5000 sf home) mountain projects:
- Include snow storage plan, building area restoration plan (native seed mix)
- Include plant list, limited by approved community plant list
- Include a firepit and patio area, path down one side of home, plantings on street/driveway side, and accent plants below home but minimal areas beyond hardscape.
- site plan showing altered topo/grading (full as-is topo available); wildfire, building envelope, driveway improvement corridor boundaries; detailed landscape and improvement notes
- planting and hardscape plan and key, plant list, hardscape material specifications
- detail of installation/subsurface for retaining walls, hardscape, stairs etc.
- plant spacing/mature size table
- 1:20 scale, full landscape architectural plans for design and construction phases
- work with HOA through approval meetings, make adjustments as needed for plan approval
- references and valid CO landscape architecture license required
