I am seeking an attorney to negotiate on my behalf, to protect my intellectual property and/or copyright interests for writings and recordings.   I am already in a business relationship with the counterparty, but the intellectual property portion of the agreement is ambiguous.
A significant amount of negotiation has already been accomplished and (I believe) there is a general notion of the major features of an agreement would be.
So, hopefully, this work would involve ensuring that my interests are clarified and protected in a written agreement with the other party.
