looking to find a freelance M+E consultant to generate an outline MEP specification document for initial tendering purposes for the attached new building.
considerations for ventilation heating etc for swimming pool etc.
The chosen design is the one on Page 18.
work to be completed over Jan/Feb.
possible further M+E consultancy and design work going forward for other projects.
