Need some hydro acoustic data processed for daily, weekly, and monthly averages. Data is in raw sound files now, and will need a script to processes each 1 minute sound files into averaged sound levels (dBs). Free software available (MANTA) to help with octave analysis.  Must have substantial experience with MATLAB and an understanding of both octaves and processing digital sound files for sound pressure levels.
