Description

 need to build a Power Automate flow that works with a Microsoft Forms form submission.

The form includes a question that allows the user submitting the form to upload photos.

I need the flow to check to see if photos were uploaded or not so we can take slightly different actions depending on this question.

I need your help to build that condition.
