We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill a key management position encompassing team leadership, project management, and business development. The role requires coordinating across CET and MST time zones.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

- Good communication, adaptability, conflict resolution, and emotional -intelligence.
- Strong leadership, motivation, organizational skills, `and` ability to work in a team.
- Effective time management and understanding of different personalities.
- Proficient in English (B2 level);
- Russian language skills are a plus.

Experience in one of the following:

Team Lead, Project Manager, Technical Lead, CEO, Director, or Sales Executive.
