We require assistance in configuring an email client (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird) to access an email account hosted on our server. Despite proper settings, our client continues to receive synchronization error messages within Outlook, impacting smooth email operations. The settings provided for IMAP4S and SSL-enabled servers seem correct, yet the issue persists.

Tasks:

Troubleshoot synchronization error messages within the email client.

Deliverables:

Successful configuration and synchronization of the email client without error messages.
Documentation of steps taken to resolve the issue for future reference.
