It is imperative that you be reliable and responsible. For instance: I wouldn’t want to ALWAYS hear that your internet is always down or your computer is always not working simply because you don’t want to work that day. Variety of assistance required. Including but not limited to data entry, intake calls, social media management and more. It will include making calls. Sorting mail. Drafting documents. Proofreading and formatting. And also filing things in Clio and case peer. For some examples.
Looking for someone who takes the initiative. Quick on your feet! Reliable! Spanish speaking is a plus. Must not be the type of person who needs a lot of hand holding nor a person who needs excessive praise. On rare occasions weekend assistance is needed for urgent projects. Let me know if this wouldn’t work for you.
Ideal candidate is a loyal person who could use extra money working on tasks and projects. This isn’t a full time job! The job is 20 hours weekly.
Other VAs I’ve had have had other jobs in addition and due to the general flexibility this has worked for them. Flexibility simply means not a 9-5 pm job, it does NOT mean that there aren’t urgent tasks. NATURALLY FAST WORKERS PREFERRED. MUST KNOW MICROSOFT OFFICE WELL such as Microsoft word and excel. More hours will be asked of you, as needed, only. MUST PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL FOR EXAMPLE THE FIRST LINE OF A DOCUMENT OR FILE HAVING A MISTAKE WOULD MEAN YOU DONT CHECK YOUR WORK AND THAT WOULD NOT BE A GOOD QUALITY IN SUCH A POSITION. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH THE FACT THAT SOME WEEKS WILL HAVE MORE WORK THAN OTHERS IF YOU ARE WORKING ON PROJECTS WITH ME.
MUST AGREE TO GIVE MINIMUM TWO WEEK NOTICE IF YOU PLAN TO QUIT AS ANYTHING LESS WOULD BE EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE … and will result in a low rating.
