- I have already filed the design patent and paid all fees (including expedited application fee).
- I have already assigned the patent from myself (individual person) to my company (Smash Goods LLC).
- I received a letter from "Mail Stop Missing Parts" division of the USPTO asking for additional paperwork. I missed a lot of paperwork during the initial design patent application.
