• In Kazakhstan and the Caucasian region conduct market researches and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence
Requirements
• Proven track record of success in business development within the investment management industry
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• A proven history of exceeding expected sales targets
• Willingness to travel frequently (be eligible to travel in the EU and in the target region)
• Language skills: business fluent in English, native in the local language
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field
