Description

Seeking an experienced Product Manager / Business Analyst The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in defining and driving the vision and strategy for our SaaS project management product. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and will work closely with me and development team to ensure our product meets the highest standards. Should be able to develop following artifacts: BRDs, SRS, FRS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and UML diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product definition and roadmap for our SaaS project management tool.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements.

Develop comprehensive technical design documents, use cases, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

Guide the product design and development process, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.

Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and quality product releases.

Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in the software or SaaS domain.

Strong knowledge of product design and development processes.
Familiarity with project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in project management software is a strong plus.
