We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QuickBooks Specialist to join our team in a remote role. As a QuickBooks Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and streamlining our accounting processes. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive expertise in QuickBooks and be proficient in various financial tasks, including payroll, vendor payments, GST linkage, and overall financial record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Setup:
-Utilize your extensive experience to set up QuickBooks for our company accounts.
Payroll Management:
-Run payroll efficiently through QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our team.
Vendor Payments:
-Utilize QuickBooks to process vendor payments, maintaining a systematic and organized payment schedule.
GST Linkage:
-Establish and maintain the linkage of our company's GST information within the QuickBooks system.
Invoicing and W2 Payroll:
-Generate and send invoices to clients while managing payments to consultants on W2 payroll.
Record Maintenance:
-Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions, including payments received and made.
Expense Management:
-Keep track of bills, expenses, and invoices, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a QuickBooks Specialist or similar role.
-In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks functionality and features.
-Expertise in running payroll, processing vendor payments, and linking GST in QuickBooks.
-Strong understanding of invoicing processes and W2 payroll management.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
-Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.
