I am looking for a consultant to build for me a business plan, market research, and a financial model for a new QSR Middle Eastern concept. I and my team are very confused with defining the right concept since we have many ideas and each one of us has biases towards something. • Water, sodas vs fresh drinks? How do they get served?
• What is the menu?
• Complexity of menu?
• Pricing of menu?
• Ingredients of menu?
• Healthy vs fatty menu?
• Do we change menu between different timing?
• Alcohol vs no alcohol? Any QSR studies?
