In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Fusion Cloud HCM (Human Capital Management) services to potential clients. Your primary focus will be on bringing in new projects and generating revenue through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
-- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Fusion Cloud HCM services to target clients.
-- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
-- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
-- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
-- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
-- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Fusion Cloud HCM.
-- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Requirements:
-- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the cloud services or HR technology industry.
-- Strong knowledge of Fusion Cloud HCM or other similar HR software solutions.
-- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
