Hi ,

We are looking for 5 years experienced SAP ECC6 Consultant who posses business analysis and documentation skills.

**Required skillls -
5 plus years experience with SAP ECC6 in the following modules: Master Data, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, and Third-Party Billing (Purchasing, Sales, Billing)
Technical writing
Instructional Design
Business Analytics
Service Blueprint

Requirements
The work will include but is not limited to:

Review and document current business processes
Review and update current documentation
Identify and document business roles and see if commonality exist between branches
Review and document succession planning, knowledge transfer processes, and a training program
Standardized template for future documentation with version control

Phase 1: Requirements Gathering
Problem definition, research planning, goal setting
Research of business processes
Qualitative research – user research interviews and workshops
Identification of user data needs and pain points related to current documentation / succession planning

Phase 2: Documentation and Workflows
Updating key Business Processes and Procedures to standardize
Documenting key workflows
Providing a standardized template for version control for Business Processes and Procedure documents
Organizing a central location for all documentation. Provide location recommendations
Map SAP activity with its corresponding SAP business role

Phase 3: Outline Training Program for Onboarding SAP Business Roles
Create standard templates (Welcome To's for different business area and roles)
Create and document training requirements for each SAP business role (master data)
Create centralized training repository by SAP business role
