Description

Seeking programmer to fix bugs and improve reliability of existing stock trading bot. This bot runs on a standalone server and executes trades through a brokerage API.

The main tasks would be:

- Improve stability to handle full trading days without crashes
- Add additional fail-safes and validation checks before orders are placed
- Enhance logging to help diagnose any issues
- Tighten up connectivity with brokerage API to prevent latency issues
- Review core trading logic for opportunities to optimize

This is a short-term engagement focused on addressing  reliability and quality-of-life issues with the current bot. An ideal candidate will have experience with fixing bugs in C# and Python applications and improving application resiliency. Strong communication skills are also key to collaborate on prioritizing the bugs and improvements.
