Urgently looking for a Remote Technical Support Engineer (L2-L3 Level) who is having a good Experience in these categories as shown below: -

1. Windows Server/System Administration.
2. Backup Administration and Setup.
3. Remote Monitoring Management Tools like Kaseya, Datto, ConnectWise or Ninja etc.
4. Office365 Administration and Email Migration.
5. End User Technical Support.
6. Ticketing Tools like Autotask or ConnectWise Manage.
7. Communication Skills should be very good (This is Must)

NOTE: -

1. This Job is only for the Engineers living in India. Please do not Apply if you are outside India.

3. Pay 400$ Per Month, (Full Time Job Evening Shift 6.30 pm IST onwards)

4. Good Increment yearly basis

5. MSP Experience Must
