We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging and shareable content, and analyzing social media data to drive engagement and growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication and writing skills, and a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others for up to THREE main brands.
- Lead creation and maintenance of editorial calendar each month
- Build community through commenting and sharing community events and partner posts on Insta Stories.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers.
- Monitor relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and industry
- Stay abreast of trends and identify opportunities that are aligned with Make it Mariko’s mission
Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use Canva to create assets as needed
This will start as a small-sized project for the next month with the potential to extend.
